 LIMITED WARRANTY
Professional Industrial Tire Company, Inc. warrants all tires distributed by it to be free from defect due to workmanship or material. If found defective, Professional Industrial Tire Company, Inc., upon inspection, investigation, and examination of the defect, will, at its discretion, make a reasonable allowance against the purchase of a new tire from Professional Industrial Tire Company, Inc. or will make some other adjustment it deems appropriate in the circumstances. In no event will any allowance or adjustment be greater than the original cost of the tire to the original purchaser. Freight, service and tax costs shall be borne exclusively by claimant. This limited warranty is for the exclusive benefit of the original purchaser of the tire and is not assignable. Professional Industrial Tire Company, Inc. does not warrant against consequential or incidental damage arising from defective tires.
